RE:RE:17 January,2022 press releas

The production NRs are used by the public to update their EPS estimates.

The Q4-21 production NR was released on Jan 17 2022 and reading it nobody would expect a Loss for the quarter.

The Nov-Dec-21 flooding had little or no apparent impact on our Q4-21 sales. The Q4 sales (2,899T) were even higher than the previous Q’s (2,685T) (btw, the Q4 sales will likely be better than the Q1-22 sales [Jan+Feb = 1,525T]). The Q4 average price for Euro V2O5 Flake remained decent at US$8.30/lb (which was supposed to be at least 2 x our cash costs). So understand the shock when we learned that Largo had a net loss before tax of US$0.3M for the quarter.
