RE:RE:RE:Anyone here using Interactive Brokers? One time I had an account with Interactive Broker. Very good service, some very interesting platform features that give international access to trading. You can actually trade currencies too. Best US $ to C$ rates. That is the only thing i miss now.
They are very very expensive for an active trader who trades in blocks of shares. You had to pay separately for data. Once I stopped trading internationally because of time zone issues could not keep up trading in different time zones. Account become relatively inactive. Maintained the account for some time but was forced to close becasue of unnecessary maintenance fees.
Better of opening accounts with TD or Scotia Itrade superior Reuters active trader platform, zero data feed fees with the market book by price and order. and $5.00 flat fees.
If you don't trade internationally or trade currencies. Interactive broker is not worth the high fees.
