It's my understanding that a filer can request early publication because you can claim pre issue royalties if the patent is granted. I'm going to contact management to confirm if they requested early publication. There are also an additional 2 patents not yet publicly disclosed. Are these new filings an improvement over the original HPA process? More bread crumbs from Putnam? It seems to me that things are progressing nicely in Nevada.
I received a response from GP regarding publication of HPA patent application.
"The original patent was filed in 2020, the final app was filed in 2021. The confidential wrapper on the patent app expired after a period that began with the initial filing, and the US Patent Office made the decision to make it public at year end 2021."
