In theory they could by back 100% of the NCIB in one day,week,or month. There are exemptions from daily limits for "large blocks". No, I don't recall the exact rule, osc or tsx, but for easy reference see canacol energy announcement Jan 28,2022 . It can be done faster than 2% per month limit.

Wti averaged 80 in Q1 and is averaging 105 in q2. They generated 137 fcf in q4 based on 76 wti so there likely around 150 fcf in Q1. Based on wti pricing I'd suspect that 1 month into q2 they'll be at that debt target. IR confirmed to me their plan is 25% of 2022 fcf, not 25% of fcf once the debt target is reached. So, the longer they delay buying, the more they'll need to buy on a weekly basis<br />
