Canada is bringing in a lot more refugees and migrant workers right now which creates another big problem ... where do they live with the housing crisis and very few rentals even available ???
And it is the same in the U.S. when it comes to finding "workers" to fill the jobs .
And some companies and the Canadian government are giving big bonuses to some of their employees just to keep them from leaving and going elsewhere. This of course will equate into much higher costs for the companies "payrolls" which in turn will mean that the companies are going to have to increase their costs for their products in order to make ends meet .
Pretty easy to understand .
