RE:I'd feel better ifCould be some ‘Material Events ‘ happened in past month or so and Bhng has been given  a let
on filing these reports!....pending a news release!  Not that uncommon!
Something in pipeline imo!   If it is complicated ie involves a takeover or merger...may
take a while to get regulatory approvals! Just my guess!   Whatever just looks like we are
waiting for an event...could be USA Legalization....but I doubt that!   Can’t imagine management
and insiders are very happy!   Either!  I think we will see a takeover / merger of some type!
..Bhng is undervalued!
