No they still have US$7M of the C$18M raised at the corporate level in TVC.   MTV holds very little cash ever.    MMCAP the largest bought deal participant sold most of theirs, the last report was 500k in shares, but they still have over 4M in warrants that are untradable.   I'm not sure if the $21 M referenced they need contemplates the US$7M.
