I was being generous when I said the government fees are 1/3 the regular fees in Ontario.  Below is an example of the 2021 fees in Ontario.

I get that these are Ontario goverment fees but this gives you an idea as to how little goverment plans pay.  An incease in volume doesn't matter if the fees cover the overhead.
