RE:Business model problem hereProblem was the "old" business model was the "field of dreams". Then along came covid and wrecked it all; except ironically if it wasn't for covid Stage could be Tango Unform up by now.
The new model is extermely labour intensive, to scale up from here would require hundreds of people to do clerical work. Stage has become a small time low margin retail entity.
If I hear telehealth, spoke and hub or whatever the new delaying tactic is I am going to puke.
