Its France properties include Gaia, Arcueil, Delizy, Metropolitan, Sabliere, and Baldi. Its Germany properties include Trio, Kosching, Neu Isenburg, Stuttgart, Bad Homburg, and Duisburg. RE:RE:RE:RE:Huge dump today If they can't get the payout ratio down, a 195% payout ratio implies a steep distribution cut.  

This would seem to me to be a very risky REIT to hold.  What am I missing?
