RE:RE:TVC - The worst case scenario
RE:RE:TVC - The worst case scenarioNot sure where your going with this.. I hardly see TVC going to .02 with almost 200 million LB of copper known and 100 other probable ore bodies found and only 10% of their 46,000 hectares explored. The 200 million LB alone has a value of almost $900 million at $4.50 and a cost of $1.66 a lb to extract it.. I think your .186 cents valuation is a little light but as things sit I would be ok with it.. not jumping in celebration yet.. as to TVC becoming a shell it would not be in the intrest of the 2 major partners in any way as it would be a loss to the both of them..TVC said they would likely have the financing in place by end of March I believe and are operating, highly unlikely that won’t happen. TVC’s success is good for its partners Anglo American has a deal with them for $3 a LB that alone is incentive for them to see TVC up and running again.. if it weren’t they would have stepped in when TVC went to .04 on panic and bought up the company but, they didn’t..they want TVC to continue, as does their other partner as they would lose even more... JMO GLTA Invested. Buying at this level is a no brainer! ...

Liquidation is a biger worst case for Anglo - Demobilization of assets and liquidation takes years with an asset tha can start producing cash flow as soon as this summer;
That why they release that Anglo is fully collaborative;
Bachus Capital involve maybe the involvement of a newBuisiness partner for TVC
I evaluate at over 95% to have a final deal by the End of April;
Worst case scenarion - I am a sharehoder of a shell that I give a value of over 10m;
Yes if worst case scenario happen; Stock can drop down to .02 temporarily; I will double my position then;
IMHO - in any case - I have a win win situation - Worst case- I have an easy 2 to 3X within a year;

Deficit $
257 000 000 IMO TVC worst case present value if liquidation of Chile asset; - mean bankruptcy of Chilean sub;
Value of a shell TSXV: $ 2 000 000
Cash in bank $ 6 000 000
Value of Deficit $
12 850 000 Total ___________
$
20 850 000 or $0.186 per TVC shares
Notes:
-Most of the debt is the the Chiliean Sub - will be erase by the banckruptcy of the Sub
- Cash is in the Canadian division
- A shell can worth any way from 1m to 5m - I beleive that thi high level status of present board - management can react rapidly and Use TVC as a shell transaction RTO
A deficit has technicly a value betweent 5 to 15 % dependant if the new corporation in the RTO can use it; I took 5%
