The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of crude oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in the Eagle Ford in the United States. Its crude oil and natural gas operations are organized into three main operating areas: Light Oil USA (Eagle Ford), Light Oil Canada (Pembina Duvernay / Viking) and Heavy Oil Canada (Peace River / Peavine / Lloydminster). Its Eagle Ford assets are located in the core of the liquids-rich Eagle Ford shale in South Texas. The Eagle Ford shale covers approximately 269,000 gross acres of crude oil operations. Its Viking assets are located in the Dodsland area in southwest Saskatchewan and in the Esther area of southeastern Alberta. It also holds 100% working interest land position in the East Duvernay resource play in central Alberta.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:BuybacksI disagree with your assumption that they could have bought back shares at 0.50 cents. Wasnt possible. And for the record the original poster was stating their buyback intentions and why they have not been initiated yet. Im not steering any ghost ship, i have my long position and everyone is free to buy or sell as they choose. Im sticking to my thesis of up she goes over long term where as you seem frustrated by price action in the short term.  Oil can go to $150 from here but wont play out short term on the stock much until it has a baseline on new and higher pricing as the quarters go by. And yes, captain steady as she goes as they have come out with their 5 year plan since 2021.  Its a conservative approach that will pay dividends on up and down cylces in oil as they have stated on numerous occasions.
