RE:RE:RE:RE:Does anyone have access

RE:RE:RE:RE:Does anyone have accessIt wasn't just the 25k block.  What caught my attention, today (and maybe last few days idk) were the 2 blocks of 25k shares.  Firstly, one popped up at 2.70 and secondly two popped up later at 2.70 and 2.80.  This and peculiar surrounding trading action that I witnessed in terms of transaction times, volumes in spurts, the bid/ask depth, buy/sell brokers (i watched the two latter ones all day for the most part), small volumes but lots of them.  For now it's purely an observation and does not mean anything.  Also, the 330k shares that were shorted as reported Feb 28 and closed out before March 15.  Just strange.

A going private transaction has not come to mind, I agree with Cody.  I've been involved in 2.  There are a number of rights and protections for minority shareholders including fair market value and appraisel rights.  FMV, like Cody, is no where near $3.  I'll wait until i see the numbers and narrative first to estimate a range of share prices at FMV and update my back of napkin model (consistent what valuators' approaches are and based on adjusted EBITDA + other important assets Farim, Arraias, etc)
