CEOs not disclosing offers to shareholders, youtube video

CEOs not disclosing offers to shareholders, youtube video
Really interesting video from kitco with B2Gold CEO. Talking about M&A offers B2Gold has made that are not disclosed to shareholders of companies. Most pertinent is 6 minutes onwards. A bit of backround is that Kevin's previous company was taken over by B2gold and Kevin is currently on B2Gold board. Of note, the anaconda reference is an area near the fekola mine, not ANX. Should Kevin, maybe think about disclosing the offers ANX has received? I'd go for 2 dollars in cash and 3 dollars in shares from a good company right now for a total of 5 dollars per share. Not the best time for a takeover, as ANX should soon be worth more with tilt cove, dolliver at goldboro, better production results from argyle and progress towards developing goldboro, but a bidding war for ANX would sure be interesting. https://youtu.be/XSmnhHo3cwk
