I think a retrace to 6 cents is possible. Raising capital at such a low stock price is a real problem. AVZ is in a much stronger position. It's stock price is now over a dollar, while TTX struggles. Dilution could force the company to sell at a discounted price. A buyout at 0.05 to 0.06 cents is a better scenario than more dilution. A buyer, possibly from China or AVZ, might snap this up and sit on it. What's the premium is the question. 30% to 50% would be typical. Better than nothing I suppose.


You need some sort of catalyst to get the stock back into the teens. before they need to raise money.
