The Company’s Espigao Project covers an area of 72,800 hectares. The Company holds mineral rights totaling 55,559 Ha in the Mirante da Serra Project. The licenses cover an area with an intracratonic basin in the Amazon Cratin, emplaced over crystalline basement rocks of the Jamari metamorphic complex and Mesoproterozoic Rapakivi granites. Its Ariquemes Tin Project comprises a land package in Brazil.

RE:RE:RE:RE:TSX approval ... hey Mark Thompson ...Why would anyone think the price will go up because of an uplist to the TSX?

All institutions want their pound of flesh regardless of what board they trade on ... and project results are not keeping all the cheap paper in family office hands from washing out at this level ... so financing upon the uplist will be done below this level in my view.

The players have run out of steam ... $1.50  ... where are you?
