RE:Initial Take

RE:Initial TakeI agree. Initial take was a bit ho-hum but the year over year was great and the integration is almost complete. Pretty great for a transition year during a pandemic. Lots to be happy about.

Hopefully, the sales team can get back out there and have a positive impact going forward, but the exciting part is the base is established and cleaned up.

It will be a bit of a bumpy ride quarter to quarter but the year over year, longer term outlook looks very solid.

SG&A was mentioned to go up, so will be interesting to see what the cash flow is in 2022 with the forecasted 260-265M in sales. The gross margin is also improving materially.

Good news is we don't have to wait too long for Q1 !
