Insiders selling and Layne

Saw a lot of insider selling after their last earning release. From what I can see, Larocque and Ross (CFO) exericised their options expiring june 22 and June 23. Which would make sense. Johnson is also selling, a bit normal, he is retiring. The rest are small amount.
Wonder if they are negociating for Layne which Granite put on the selling block. If so, this would be a material transactions. Blackout might apply for insiders ?
