Market Maker

Market MakerThis subject keeps coming up lately and you know who's happy? management !! distraction ....Let's not be naive folks this was all part of the their plan (management) we are at these levels because they want to be here (low 0.30's).

Robex had no reasons to slump more then 25% in january, why january ?? tax loss season had just ended couple of weeks ago, why take the hit in january?? They had just released good news on Q4 that production was up, rain season was over in Q3, all the sripping was done and over with  in Q1-Q2-Q3...all the negatives were behind us and there was no bad news only sunny skies ahead !!!

Robex was trading like a clock in the 0.38-0.42 range from May to Dec and this without a market maker ... Robex also traded amazingly like a well oil machined from 2017-2019incl. in the 0.06-0.12 range i'm guessing without a MM (market maker) , i guess we never needed an MM until january??

Where was this team of management when the SP went from 0.18 to 0.10 to close in the mid teens on march of 2020 when the markets jolted?? Back then they didn't realize we needed an MM??

Where was this team of management when the sp again got jolted on Aug 2020 when there was a military coup in Mali ?? I guess they still didn't realize we needed an MM....

Where was this team of management when someone we know dumped all his shares at market back in May 2021 and the sp got jolted again from the 0.40's to 0.31?? THEY STILL didn't realize we needed an MM ??

And it's funny how with Robex we always get jolted on the way down and never on the way up , we have never seen the sp go up 10 to 15 cents in a day to come back down quickly....

So getting Latimer for a min. of 3 months for $5000 (which is pocket change) , was to shut us up and show the market that RBX is doing something about the sp volatility , to me this is called in french " Poudre aux Yeux" sorry guys hard to translate the saying , but like a smoke screen or distraction.

So don't be fooled, we are here for a reason , now it's been over, yes over a year we hear about acquisitions, 1 + 1 ....i guess they wanted our market cap to be much lower to make a deal!!

time will tell
regards stud
