RE:RE:Fake undertakingAgree. This certainly looks like nothing more than another "leader" trying to jawbone the price of oil lower. Biden tried the same a few weeks back regading Venezuela. Following the near death experience of past years, with western governments piling on with their attack on the sector, all companies should hold fast.
I think you are very correct about public sentiment. Energy companies and their organizations need to get ahead of this and start seeding social media with their truth about where responsibility for energy insecurity and deficiency truly stem from.

I thought just maybe the Libs were coming to their senses and we're going to announce increased funding to finish trans-mountain or perhaps a new LNG terminal on the east coast .... instead all Wilkinson offered is more rhetoric.
When oil hits $150 this summer, the gullible Canadian public will be blaming the "greedy oil companies" instead of realizing this has been a government-created problem. Most Canadians have proven themselves to be idiots.
If I'm an energy company, there's no way I invest big dollars into expanding production until the hypocrites in Ottawa stop playing politics and start actually investing themselves in the infrastructure needed to get the product to market.
