(Certarus). The U.S. Propane segment distributes propane gas and liquid fuels primarily in the Eastern United States and California, as well as the Midwest to residential and commercial customers. The Canadian Propane segment distributes propane gas and liquid fuels across Canada to residential and commercial customers. The Wholesale Propane segment distributes propane gas and other natural gas liquids across Canada and the United States.

RE:Strategy.Short term selling due to short-sighted investors selling on news. In addition, several analysts believe the debt is too high and they will issue equity so they are keeping the price down. I hope SPB does another large deal for equity which will lower the debt ratio and burns the big funds who are keeping it down waiting on a cheap equity issue.
