Logixx Security Inc. is a provider of protective and electronic security services to blue chip industrial, corporate and government clients across Canada.

avantee have to pay ssc expenses plus up to $1.8m (about 1.8m per ssc share). thats more than ssc makes in operating income a year so i think it looks pretty good.
