Hi Pat,
I think you will find that the debt was raised to enable CMMC to be able to raise external finance for  EVA and other expenses outside of Copper Mountain.
The debt deal makes the interest costs that CMMC have to pay now,  higher than the previous arrangement but enables them to use it  expand outside Copper Mountain.
CMMC's results for 2021 were poor, resulting from a breakdown of a crusher. This problem should be fixed before end of 2nd quarter hence low production guidance from CMMC Management for the first half.
