This company is NO General Electric. So I see your point on the consolidation. They have no assets to sell either. GE still has plenty to sell in necessary.

Plain and simple your stock will get shorted into the abyss. I do not own this stock but have seen what carnage can follow a reverse split and its downright ugly.
