PEY has already hinted at raising the dividend probably late 2022 or early 2023 once debt gets paid down to a degree.
Some debt is always considered efficient.
Whether any other shares rise that you might switch into may or may not happen.
For some reason people feel sell in May and go away is great, but many years can prove you wrong. Last Aug was poor to Nov range but what happened from May to Aug?
If you don't sell then you would not notice.
Maybe a percentage of cash 20% to 50% then average down if possible, always nice to do if you can pull the lever.
These factors don't take into consideration huge changes in NG prices, takeovers, production increases, quarterly reports, wars you name it.
I have a goal in mind and hate to not be invested at all times for this great NG bull run.
