Cannabis will continue to be a state by state play. Schumer is making it look like he is pro cannabis and wants a greater bill with jujstice reform but anyone that knows who is backing his political life knows he has no interest in making cannabis like SAFE Banking or MORE Act happen.

Sometimes its better to get 50% of something then 0% of nothing, Schumer is going for 0%, while cannabis store owners continue to get robbed, and are beeing charged with nose bleed insurance and bank loans. Its bad deals like this, is why the Dems will lose the Senate come Novermber. The Dems have made amazing money shorting cannabis.

Wouldn't it make sense to go long then, way more to be made on the upside.  Then have favor going into mid terms?  Plus tax to fund 'build back better'
