RE:RE:RE:Elites

RE:RE:RE:ElitesFunny how most of my haters are now on ceo.ca board complaining about tnys lack of execution! Irony to the nth degree!
cosinus180 wrote: They realized it before even being a customer?? The planning, the execution doesn't happen overnight. Pabst used tny to get access to the AI (yes artificial intelligence, tny has no real intelligent people running it)

"The Lakewood transfer is dead in the water. Rick is taking this private because he knows he can pull the rug out at any time. I think he's been building the facility only for himself, which is why they built all this beer capacity and haven't signed any copackers for it. Don't say I didn't warn you."

Doug, Ted, and Tinley's CFO have been on the board of Lakewood since late last year, Lakewood is a subsidiary of Tinley, simple...
Ted, Doug, and Tinley's CFO are on the board of Lakewood, gov documents, CLICK HERE!

The Company has executed agreements to purchase all of the equity interest of Lakewood (“Acquisition Transaction”) from Richard Gillis for a nominal fee, with the closing of such transaction to occur upon the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including approval for the change in control resulting from the Acquisition Transaction and Lakewood’s receipt of its distribution licence.

Above is a quote from the MD&A.

We don't expect you to comprehend this, you can't even read financials accurately and thought Tinley raised over 50M, when they've only raised approximately 27M in 6+ years, which is about how much Hexo writes-down per week on an annual basis over the previous 6+ years.

As I mentioned before, the CEO of Tilray paid himself 30M in 2021, do you see him buying Tilray shares with any of that $$? Richard has been buying millions of shares of Tinley over the previous few months/years while receiving 1% of Irwins annual salary, and Jeff didn't sell a single share while CEO.

Beckett's store count is increasing in AB as well as other states of the US.

Remember when these trolls said Tinley would discontinue Beckett's, suggested Canadian expansion will never happen and the company will discontinue their cannabis branded drinks, they couldn't have been more wrong over the years..

Pabst licenses are still pending.
No 1% tax in Desert Springs CA similar to Long Beach.
No mini line for Pabst, yet.

Pabst realized Tinley was merging or being acquired and decided they need to build their own facility, dissatisfied with losing them as a co-packer but excited to see Boston Brewing as a replacement. As well as others.
