But still if one can buy it at .02 to .025 one could even do well with the roll-back as in it would be really tight to get it at lower prices,depending on the properties he picks up
I normally always dump before the roll-back,,and buy back later if it drops.
I have done very well playing roll-backs after they settled down,as they usually not always drop back a bit.
Also he has connections with SBNI Peter Clausi who is a director on his compnay.
He knows his stuff.
