The Fifth Choice

The Fifth ChoiceGood Morning All,
I was hoping that I would wake up to a PR about commissioning, but nope not happening.  Over my morning Folgers coffee.  I was reading Stockhouse.  An interesting possible deal.  Ucore make the REE oxides from concertrate and Medallion makes the REE oxides into REE metals with the new cheaper way of doing it.  Now that would be a dream deal.  Most likely never happen.  But a guy can dream right.  The same way one can dream about hitting the lotto and about the same odds.

While I was musing over this deal.  Something Pip said a while back about 3rd party tests results got me to thinking.  It is obvious that Ucore does not control of the 3rd party test results, otherwise they would have been post back in January or February.  So who controls?  Four possibilities popped to mind (Thanks Pip).  The first would be the supplier of REE concertrate that Ucore made a deal with.  Yes Pip, I forgot there name and I am to lazy to go look it up.  Live with it.  The 2nd and 3rd would be the two REE concertrate suppliers that Pat talked on the video with jack.  The 4th would be AIDEA of course but there is a 5th one also.  Who you ask.  That would be Mountain Pass.  Yes, I know it is crazy idea.  But hear me out.  MP just got a big grant from DOD to go find a way to make 99.99 pure REE oxides without going to China.  Now if you are running MP and you get this money.  What are you going to do?  You are looking for a way to upgrade you tech.  You start with in house.  But would you not also be looking around for other tech that could get the job and be cheaper?  If you found a company that had tech that could do the job.  Would you not ask for an independence test to make sure it worked?
Pip, Rod, everybody please feel free to poke holes.  One crazy idea.
