RE:RE:Insider SellingManagement can and should be expected to flag to the BOD / Compensation Committee any concerns regarding current practices and implications for shareholders. If current practices and governance actions account for a significant percentage of daily trading then yes a change should be made.

Agreed that investors of such stock should be cognizant and accepting of volatility with the share price due to market forces. However when volatility is exacerbated by bad policy and/or governance, then it is reasonable for shareholders to expect that management and the BOD will change policy.
