HR turn-over rate is very high, because of poor governance & negative culture, i guess....Only COPs left there, mngmnt's close relatives...
Mining is not human intensive sector but requires high qualified personnel. It's like a special forces specialized in that industry. Why STGO doesn't look like a gold mining company at all???? Fired 2 times their independent auditors, ...using technical reports & analysts coverage like a marketing flyer. Because current staffs don't know what's inside in that valuable documents. They ust can't understand what's this about....
My last Q is where is newly produced "Visible gold dore"??? Are they keeps producing "real gold" or still "webinar gold" exists"? MD&A, Financials, i ignored, waste of time, a full of sh't, piece of toilet paper....
