This sounds good and I am hopeful, but any thoughts on where this money is coming from? I would love a breakdown so I understand this better.

Who is it from?

When and how much will it be paid out? Are we talking this year or over years?

Will it be reoccurring? Or could it be? Or is it a one time grant sort of thing?

What does expect mean? Something signed, likely, or just hoping?

Does it depend on anything regulation wise?
