RE:Oil and gas sector emissions need to be cut 2/5 by 2030ZZ, please take federal planning goals with a grain of salt.  Canada has proposed 18 climat plans since the mid 1980s and failed each and every one.  Justin and his extremist enviro minister's words or reports are about as far as you can get from gospel.  Forecasts and plans are wonderful, but my god man, remain a critical thinker at all times - but especially when govt initiatives and promises are involed.  No disrespect, only a note of caution on overemphasis.
