Why do you always defend this leadership team and BOD of directors like they are getting a raw deal? in my opinion and from his own results Roger has failed, failed to spinout COEX, failed to close JCU deal he said was was a done deal not even 1 billion would disrupt it, failed to put his own skin in the gain, promoted a VP before he proven his worth with a new discovery.... what am I missing??? Please change my mind... I deal with alot of executives in my day job and in my opinion Roger is no leader
