ECMB Capital Partners.

ECMB Capital Partners. This firm mentioned as having had TSF and SIXW (Who did business together) as clients of theirs.

Since I could find posts from ECMB mentioning Sixth Wave as far back as the year of their IPO, I have to wonder if this firm is somehow responsible for the financing which seems to have resulted in both our stocks tanking spectacularly????

All I can think about is that post IPO offerings of common shares might have been more difficult and probably less efficient at first, but that at least Tracesafe and Sixth Wave would have had a diversified shareholder base, it's likely that their shares would be trading much, much higher and they wouldn't have such a difficult time negotiating new private placements that were actually fair to them.
