With high volume too! It looks like investors have finally recognized the valu here. As usual, many are buying when they are more comfortable instead of buying the deep value story before the recent rerating. Potential catalysts are difficult to uncover but worth the effort most times..

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

While i like this company with the current surge in the shareprice i find it very tempting to sell my last shares.  SGRs current dividend which is at aprox. 97% payout ratio of AFFO is yielding around 6.5%

If i were to sell 1000 shares today i could get $17, 340. 00    Those same 1000 shares payout a dividend of aprox. $1,080  Cdn. per year. At that rate it would take over 15 years to get the $17,340.00 that i can get tommorow from selling 1000 shares.

With  inflation out of control, higher interest rates and massive debt worldwide ready to pop the real estate, stock market bubbles etc and with a few more things like Ukraine thrown in for good measure who is to say that we dont have a  major correction in the markets one of these days?

Can anyone give me a good reason not to sell especially since i would have a very nice profit on these shares?
