RE:RE:news out - Skeena acquisitionWe can still vote against, but considering this is a deal at basically the ATH, I don't think it makes sense to vote against. The market didn't value our land holdings whatsoever and let these guys take the value.

And I think Tony knew a deal was in the works and realized he would soon be unemployed and decided to get a new job. The same as you or I would if we knew we would soon be out of a job.
