The current stock price movements are likely some Twitter ppl trading this stock as part of the "food mania" meme, nothing of substance. You can see them when searching for the $brcn cashtag.

The company needs to show a qualified new CEO, good numbers for Merit or a new joint venture before the sp will make a move up which can be taken seriously.
