Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

"Soon" means they're awaiting something from a 3rd party, so out of their control. And it means that on their side, they've done their part and are now awaiting for a return from that 3rd party.

So it could be waiting to achieve a certain milestone (ex. Patient x 450-day date, input from their CRO), validation agreement regarding details of a jv deal, lawyers on both parties having to go through details of a deal, etc ...).

I thought it was easy to decypher.
