RE:RE:Well well well, he was there in person yesterdayIf that is the case why as TD not been sued with a 17.50$ target we? Fact is during the Brex-x scandal there was a class action against the brokerage firms but was stuck down by the courts with a ruling that brokerage firms did not have a fiduciary duties with regards to projected returns.
