Now that being said any other news that is material really can't be timed imo unless they will sit on material news and release it when they see fit.....if they choose this option not one single insider better buy if they are sitting on material news, like a signed sealed contract.
I don't feel the company is or will sit on material news but that is just my thoughts on it and of course I really don't know.
The company can't sit on material news it has to be releaased in accordance to the rules and regulations of the TSXV.

Insiders have "Trading Windows" in which they are able to do their buying and selling.
I'm pretty sure Marshall mentioned in the last discord that the year-end financials are required before proceeding with the uplisting to the TSX so the sooner they get them out the sooner they can proceed.
