RE:Canopy CEO video

RE:Canopy CEO video Will decriminalization allow the flood gates to open?
sorry, just trying to temper my expectations, but in all communication from CGC regarding their deals etc, it all hinges on Federal Legalization in the US.
So I guess my question is stupid a bit, but decriminalization doesn't translate to federally legal right?
With the More act going to vote and most probably passing the house, and then the safe still included in the competes act that i think will be advancing to the senate, and the soon to be CAOA being introduced, one of these bills has to be enough.

I hope by the end of 2022, I will forget all these stupid thoughts in my head.
