Exactly how does Jefferies tie into a senior listing?

Once the Institutional Equity Investors at the Jefferies Summitt see the Q1 Financials they won't be in a hurry to put their money into TAAT until TAAT shows it can be profitable and prove they have profitably grown their market share and that might take many more quarters to happen.
