So Will It Happen

So Will It Happen Will Biden release the oil. In the last 2 yrs we've gone from zero dollar oil to 110.00 but it's very normal right? No intervention in markets right? Just a natural occurrence every year right ?Yet demand is always  in the market. Seems very strange what we have seen over last 10 yrs !
