RE:Are distributions 100% ROC reits are all roc except when the fund makes a sale during the year that triggers a gain then that portion is a taxable CG;; once you receive your original investment back then the dist is a 100% taxed as Capital gain;;

Was thinking to buy some in Non-Reg account but maybe not the best. Long time investors feel free to provide your input.
