If someone was so concerned about the authenticity of the NR, one should not trade or had a good chance to unload at higher price.

You've obviously missed the whole point. Everyone knows technically they have to end of day to release. The fact they didn't but instead released a beautiful fluffy news release AND held an earnings call without financials is the point. Good grief no wonder the term bagholder applies to retail schmucks.
