Again, have to disagree. He has built a series of successful clinal trials. Hasn't made it into a company yet. And not clear he is in the process of doing so successfully. Plus, as a shareholder (and owner ) of the company, Phil's mandate is creating and preserving shareholder value. He is not succeeding at this in my opinion. Even Frank's help is not... well... helping.
