The Company also operates Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) vessel Aurora, location at Nong Yao field, offshore Gulf of Thailand.

Hey Nozzman.

Provide more details. Otherwise, you are just speculating and adding nothing to the discussion. 

I see entrenched management and a Board that either knows more (or knows nothing) about what this overpaid group/deal gatekeepers are working on. $40M USD ($50M CDN) doesn't get you much today buying into production/deals.

An announcement of pursuing strategic alternatives is way overdue. My hope is that they can entice a stronger private Co and management team that actually has assets and CF to take us out on an RTO. 

Investors buy O&G stocks for many reasons including:
  • The Management Team (not)
  • The projects and properties (not)
  • Project Upside (TBD).  No reserves assigned and no JV partner yet.
I am here hoping that someone takes them out, pays the BS severance due and we see a better day for shareholders.  I am a shareholder and know how to vote in June once they call the meeting.
