By extension, it follows that when Xebec hits $3, perhaps after the MOU is finalized, or for whatever reason, the analysts will raise their targets to $4.50 (ish).

And so on, and so on.

This is precisely and exactly what happened when TD raised their target from $6.50 to $12.50, to $17.50 between October 31st 2020 and January 14th 2021.

It very likely won't happen so fast, but it will happen again.

Markets are cyclical.
