Manipulation?What a load of BS imo. You want to stop manipulation create demand for your stock. Insiders sitting on their hands and not buying any shares even at this level except through compensation plans. Every stock is open to manipulation if there is no demand for your shares. Folks are in the market to make money short or long and that's how it is. All this bithing and whining about poor BBD being manipulated is ridiculous. Step up and by shares or take it up the wazoo. I haven't seen any buys on the open market by insiders, why is that if the stock is so undervalued? Maybe the R/S may help or may not time will tell. The market doesn't miss much so obviously there is a reason BBD is in the dog house.
